Someone Made Hilary Duff Recreate The Disney Wand Promo & She Hated Every Second

Hilary Duff will forever be remembered for her stint on the Disney Channel starring as Lizzie McGuire. This is a irrefutable fact.

Without doubt, those Disney days continue to haunt Hilary and so does that famous promo the network’s child stars were forced to do, creating the Disney logo with a magical wand.

However it seems the magic behind that wand work was a lie. All was revealed when a leaked video last year showed Hilary was actually hating every second of it irl.

Hilary has now spoken out about those torturous years at the hands of Disney, who forced her to do take after take of drawing non-existent mouse ears with a wand. First world problem etc.

“It’s so ridiculous. It’s so funny though. So we had to do the thing and they put it in CGI, the mouse ears. And then they made us do it like 900 times. And I think I like lost all personality at that point,” Hilary told Buzzfeed.

“Plus, I was, like, a pubescent teen – I was like, ‘What are they making me do, this is invisible!'”
