If you live by the motto that Harry Styles is life, then your life is about to get even more ~ stylish ~ as a TV show all about Harry’s upbringing is being made – and an Aussie actor is starring as Styles himself.

The sitcom called Happy Together will air on American network CBS and will star Damon Wayans Jr. and Amber Stevens West as a married couple who have an aspiring singer (yep, Harry’s character) move in with them.

And in extra exciting news, the role based on Harry will be played by Australian actor and ex-Neighbours star Felix Mallard, who is a low-key hottie and total Hazza doppelgänger.

The story picks up in the early stages of One Direction, just after The X Factor, when the band was about to hit super-stardom. Executive producer of The Late Late Show With James Corden, Ben Winston, was one half of the IRL couple Harry crashed with and will also be executive producing Happy Together.

“Those 20 months were when they went from being on a reality show, X Factor, to being the biggest-selling artists in the world,” Winston told Rolling Stone magazine.

“That period of time, he was living with us in the most mundane suburban situation. No one ever found out, really. Even when we went out for a meal, it’s such a sweet family neighborhood, no one dreamed it was actually him.”

Tbh, we don’t really know what to make of this show. But with Harry also acting as executive producer for the series, we definitely won’t underestimate that boi’s magic touch.
