Rumour Has It that Adele’s new album is an absolute banger… That’s according to the lucky people who managed to hear it when it first leaked online yesterday.

The British songstess’ highly anticipated 3rd studio album ’25’ is said to have leaked online yesterday morning, with 2-minute snippets of each song surfacing for the world to hear.

It’s said to be the result of a Target retailer in the US putting the record on the shelves way before its expected release date, however a spokesperson for Adele has denied these rumours.

Adele’s record label were quick to swoop, taking the site down. But they weren’t quick enough.

As expected, other sites like this one are popping up all over the internet offering the tracks, with some ‘services’ even promising full versions. As each mirror goes offline, another two pop-up, making it impossible for the label to win. As the countdown progresses from days in to hours, the team continue to campaign in war against the torrent sites that they inevitably can’t win.

But let’s face it, why bother spoiling the tracks and risking a plague of viruses and pop-up ads when the full album will be released by the weekend (and likely be free to stream in all it’s infinite HD glory)? You can’t need it that bad, right?

As promotion for her interview with 60 Minutes Australia, she treated fans to a live recording of her new song ‘When We Were Young earlier this week. The performance was filmed at The Church Studios in London.

The singer is currently promoting her new single ‘Hello‘ in New York City, where she will film a ‘fan only’ concert at Radio City Music Hall. The special will air later in the year.

The predicted sales of her new album are said to be close to 2m in the first week in the US, combating the current record holder, boyband N’Sync for their 2000 album ‘No Strings Attached‘.

To the leakers… This one’s for you:
